Because all products offered are handmade and made to order, all sales from MoserWorks are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If there is an issue with your item then please reach out via chat or email (moserworks.designs@gmail.com) 

If an item is damaged as a result of my own error, customers must email me within 7 days of receiving their item to discuss the issue. All products must remain unwashed and not worn or used. 

I cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and at the hands of postal services. For lost or damaged items the customer will be responsible for contacting the appropriate service. 

MoserWorks reserves the right to refuse any exchange/refund if the item is not in the original condition.
